may request a booking transfer, date change, or name change with a
minimum of 7 days’ written notice.
- Cancellations
are non-refundable,
except where otherwise stated or required by law.

available at the confirmed pickup time

caused by incorrect pickup details
- Missed
pickups due to inaccurate information

refunds will be issued in such cases.

Travel is not liable for:

caused by force majeure events (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.)
- Delays
or operational changes made for safety reasons
